1. OUR SERVICES

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available, including the activities listed in this section (e.g., scraping, security circumvention, harassment, malware distribution, automated use, reverse engineering where prohibited, competing uses, or other unlawful/unauthorized conduct).

5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services do not offer users the ability to publicly post content; however, if you submit content to us, you represent and warrant the statements listed in this section (e.g., you own rights, have permissions, your content is lawful, etc.).

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You agree we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data you provide, consistent with our Privacy Policy and your settings. By submitting feedback, you agree we can use and share it for any purpose without compensation.

7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and content. We do not monitor or endorse such websites or content and are not responsible for them. You access them at your own risk and should review their applicable terms and policies.

8. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We may monitor the Services, take legal action for violations, refuse or limit access, remove burdensome files/content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by it. The Services are hosted in the United States; by using them from another region, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA (and, where applicable, the AAA Consumer Rules). Venue will be in Georgia, USA, unless otherwise required by law. If a dispute proceeds in court, exclusive venue shall be in state or federal courts in Georgia.

Restrictions. Arbitration is limited to the parties; no class actions or representative proceedings.

Exceptions. Disputes about intellectual property rights, theft, privacy, unauthorized use, or claims for injunctive relief may proceed in court.

14. CORRECTIONS

Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time without prior notice.

15. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for third-party offerings.

16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, SUBJECT TO NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless (including our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees) from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Legal Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or harmful acts toward other users.

18. USER DATA

We may maintain data you transmit for the purpose of managing the Services. You are responsible for all data you transmit or that relates to activity you undertake. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of such data.

19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

You consent to receive electronic communications and agree electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and records satisfy legal requirements. You waive rights requiring non-electronic records or non-electronic payments where permitted by law.

21. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms and any policies posted on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by your use of the Services.
